I had a great experience with Olive Auto Center. I drive a beat up 2000 Toyota Camry with 202,000 miles on it and the idle was a little low, so I took it in. They did a couple of things to try to bring the idle back up and discovered that I had a leaking head gasket and needed some spark plugs and wires. They didn't try to up-sell me (you know, "Hey, you need some new brakes and shocks. And your suspension could use some work.") which was refreshing, since that's what so many places do. Oh, and I know a manager at a very popular automotive repair chain (known for up-selling) who would have cut me a deal, but I decided to try Olive because of my disdain for up-selling. Everybody there was friendly and laid back. PLUS! There is a Metro and Media District bus stop right in front of Olive Auto Center to get me to work and back with zero hassle. So if you work at one of the studios or iHeart, this is the place to go.
