I have been using Olive Auto to service my BMW for the last couple of years. They have outstanding customer service. Bobby is very efficient and friendly and Ali always gives me a ride back to my office while they are serving my vehicle. I find them very trustworthy, they do a great job and the pricing is good. Staff and Bobby were very knowledgeable and friendly. I really feel that Bobby went above and beyond for me. I’ve been having a constant issue with my check engine light coming on about every 6 months, even though I’ve taken it in to multiple mechanics for regular maintenance, every time the light comes back on. Not only was Bobby and his team able to get to the bottom of that, he found multiple other issues with with my vehicle that were overlooked by other places. He and his staff showed me the issues, and I felt very comfortable with what was going on. I’m a young lady, so I feel many other mechanics may have taken advantage of my lack of car skills and no one has actually showed me the physical problems with my car. I’ve also been told by mechanics that the issue has been fixed, when it clearly has not. This means that I had a lot more repairs to preform on my car than expected, and more money that I needed to put into my car than expected. But Bobby was sympathetic and nice to me about it. He needed my car for the day, saw that I was stressing about money and didn’t want to take an Uber even though I live about a half an hour away. He offered the shop to pay for one! This was so sweet and really great customer service. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Bobby even gave me a coupon for a free car wash! Again, very sweet and it made me feel thought of and cared for as a customer. He even went so far as requesting me to send him the paperwork to what other places (such as the dealership) has done to make sure no stone is left unturned. And WOW did my car run GREAT. He was right, it had issues, and they solved them! I seriously didn’t even know my car could run that well. Thank you Bobby and your team!!!

Friendly, fast, no complaints

I drove in, without an appointment, and was immediately greeted by a technician before I even had a chance to go inside the office. I explained that the bulb on the driver's side of my headlights was out and he promptly had a look under the hood, had taken the bulb out and within 2 minutes had replaced it. I was in and out in the space of 5 minutes, treated with the utmost courtesy and paid a very reasonable price for the service. I have been a customer for many years now and will continue to be so since I have full confidence in the honesty, ability and speed of their service.

Always great at this place. They take really good care of your car and I never worry about being ripped off. They’re super nice and they have a comfortable area to sit in and read or watch TV while you wait for your car. Plus they even provide snacks!

Took in my car to replace my lower control arm bushings. Had a short road trip a couple days after and it felt like it handled so much better. Brake felt like it engaged smoothly! Bobby was awesome and informative, I also got to talk to Ali briefly who was very nice as well. I saved money coming here over the dealership as they wanted a couple $100 more for the same work.
