I received excellent service on my 2017 Honda CRV yesterday from the manager, Bobby, and the mechanic Eduard at Olive Auto Center. I think that was the mechanic's name. I was extremely happy that the mechanic finished changing the oil and servicing my car in 30 minutes! Everyone was wearing masks and the facility looks very clean, The mechanic politely answered my questions when he brought me my car. I am so happy to find. Olive Auto Center as this was my first time to go here. During this Pandemic, it was important for me to find a place to service my Honda that wouldn't make me sit there waiting a long time for my car. What a relief to see them finish servicing my car in 30 minutes! The Honda dealer near me was quoting very long wait times so I was going without servicing my Honda until I found Olive Auto Center. Thank you so much Bobby and Eduard for the excellent service I received from you yesterday. It's such a relief to finially have my car serviced. My car still has an extended warrantee but I will return to Olive Auto Center for all work that is not covered by Honda's warrantee.

Ali, Bobby and team at Olive Auto Center are friendly, welcoming, HONEST and provide great service. We were so tired of mechanics in Burbank who used the wrong parts, gave us bad diagnoses, and never truly fixed problems; going to dealers is just too expensive. Bobby actually did our repair for almost half what the dealer was going to charge us and even charged us less upon completion than the estimate originally presented. They communicate well and the garage is never overcrowded. We are now customers for all of our vehicles and highly recommend them!

It couldn’t be any easier...call or make an appointment on-line, they tell you when the service will be completed, and when I return it’s always done as promised.
