Had some issues with my car after having it serviced here and called to ask for help. Didn’t receive much help or an offer to take a look. I was told I’d have to take it to the dealer. In the past I would take my car to the dealer for service because they have better prices than a lot of the body shops I called but I decided to try Olive out last year and had a good experience. This time around I felt brushed off so I’ll be going back to the dealer for future service. Nice people, just didn’t work for me.
I am sorry to see you're disappointed Kim. You had us do an oil change and tire rotation during your last visit, and a minor tune up prior to that. You called yesterday because your car beeps which is not related to work that was performed on your car. Newer cars are getting complex and it is impossible for any shop to fix every issue on every single brand without Jesus presence. It is not that I wanted to brush you off- never my intention. There would be no reason for me to brush you off. If I could fix everything I would of course. I would love to continue servicing your car and I am sorry you felt like I was brushing you off. Hope you understand
