Without a doubt the friendliest and most trustworthy mechanics I have dealt with in LA. For example, I just had to have my driver's side mirror replaced. They gave me a quote, which they recognized as a little pricey since they had to go through the dealer, and gave me options to find the part online or a junk yard. I found the part and they installed it for just $45. I checked around and most places wanted minimum $60 just for installation (one quote was $90). All I know is that being in a household with two pre-2001 vehicles, I feel good knowing these guys are in business.

Love this place. Went to Ali and told him that I was going on a 4,000 mile trip and needed to make sure my 2005 Honda Civic was gonna make it. I asked for an oil change. They also suggested a new battery. I looked at it and sure enough, the contacts were corroded and the battery was oozing acid all over the hoses. They replaced the battery, cleaned everything up and my trip went off without a hitch. Olive Auto Center is the only service place I will go to.

The real deal.Reviews brought me in -- their honesty keeps me driving 40 plus miles for all routine work.Now if I had a new Ferrari I might not take it here -- but for tune ups, brakes, lubes and all manner of work for 'normal' cars and trucks they deliver just like the reviews sayPlus being right next to Enterprise rent a car means it's really easy to drop the car and rent one while they are working on mine.They have never charged me a penny over their estimate -- usually they charge me less.If you worry about your current mechanics honesty -- you won't have this worry at Olive Auto Center.Honest people like this deserve success - what goes around comes around.

I've been taking my car there since 1999. Seriously, he is worth the drive because he is an honest mechanic. Ali really is a great guy, and he charges much less than a dealership would. Very happy and loyal customer!

It is so hard to find a local mechanic that you feel like you can trust after you move to a new city. I was in L.A for two years before I found Ali. Now I won't take my car anywhere else.

Went here due to all the great reviews on Yelp and the place definitely did not disappoint. I'm always wary of auto places because I'm a girl and don't know much about cars and risk getting taken advantaged of, but Ali was very gracious and wonderful. He kept apologizing for only having one mechanic Saturday morning, but he definitely did everything as fast as possible.Got my smog certification, oil change, tire rotation, and air pressure checked all under $100 in under an hour. Great auto center -- highly recommended!! :)

Fantastic!I needed my brakes fixed. They did a fantastic job and they did it fast! I chose them because of all of the wonderful reviews on Yelp! and they did not disappoint! This will now be the place I take my cars to get any repair work done!

Ali is the best auto mechanic I have ever had. Besides being a skilled mechanic, he runs such a successful business because he duplicates the needs of his customers and fulfills those needs in every way beyond their expectations. He goes the extra mile every time he has repaired my car....even the little things like driving me home and having car washed before I pick it up. This shop is great. We had a big repair on an old car and I don't believe we were cheated or overcharged. All the guys are decent and seem like they just want to do a good job.

These guys kept my SUV running to 180,000 miles and there was never an issue if I turned down a repair job. They always let me know when something absolutely needed to be fixed, but never pushed any unnecessary service. I take my cars here for everything and I always feel like I get fair prices and reliable work.
