Hi! I came in last week for some very basic repairs and an oil change. The staff was friendly, polite and fun to work with as usual. I completely trust Olive with my car and I was happy with the experience. The staff made recommendations for possible future maintenance because my car is getting up there in miles, but I was told at this time that nothing is necessary. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I called earlier in the week about the very minor repair and had asked for an estimate regarding how much it would cost. My understanding from the phone call was that it would cost possibly less than $10, but it was actually more like about $30 or so, which is more than what I was anticipating. Of course, it's still not much money and it's possible the misunderstanding was my fault. I was still very happy--thank you!
