Hi! I came in last week for some very basic repairs and an oil change. The staff was friendly, polite and fun to work with as usual. I completely trust Olive with my car and I was happy with the experience. The staff made recommendations for possible future maintenance because my car is getting up there in miles, but I was told at this time that nothing is necessary. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I called earlier in the week about the very minor repair and had asked for an estimate regarding how much it would cost. My understanding from the phone call was that it would cost possibly less than $10, but it was actually more like about $30 or so, which is more than what I was anticipating. Of course, it's still not much money and it's possible the misunderstanding was my fault. I was still very happy--thank you!

This was my first experience having my Dodge repaired at your shop and from the moment I walked in to see a neat, clean shop then being greeted by Greg, I felt I had come across the right place to get the issues with my car taken care of. It was just by chance I came across your shop however even living in Orange County, I'll be back. Thanks for a great job well done! The only thing that prevents me from giving a full 5 stars as to the 4.5 is that I had asked about additional work to be done on my car, and I was promised an email with a quote for this upcoming work and I never got it.

Angie's list was right, this was a really good place to get my car fixed. I really felt they were doing right by me and that isn't always how it is when you are a single woman. Plus they let dogs in the waiting room!! I will go back.

I would recommend Ali, they provide excellent customer service, reasonable rates, and most important they do excellent work, and they are honest. I don't have to stress, I can relax. This is the only place I take my vehicle to.
