I recently took my car to Ali's due to what I thought was an electrical issue. They spent most of the day testing it and trying to find the problem only to find it was a ford specific issue that needed to be fixed by the dealership. Normally they charge $100 to perform a diagnostic but because they couldn't complete their assessment they only charge me half that despite spending a good deal of their day on it. Then, in order to help me out they charge my car's battery all day. Knowledgeable and honest would be the words I would use to describe this shop.

As always Ali's-Olive Auto Center took great care of my car. Their service is impeccable and my car is again running great. I wouldn't take my car any place else.
