My father owned an auto shop, so I grew up well taken care of regarding mechanical issues. When he retired and moved out of state, I found myself dealing with what most people have had to deal with, finding an honest mechanic you can trust. I finally found that with Bobby and the team at OAC. It’s never a good day when you’re paying for repairs, but at least I know I can trust them and I can trust their work. Highly recommended.

Amazing work by Bobby and the crew here! Our engine was in rough shape. They had the issues diagnosed and out the door in just over 24 hours and gave us a great price on a ton of work! You are in good hands with Olive Auto!

Bobby, Tyler and their team took care of my 1999 Explorer and put my mind at ease knowing it's safe to drive. My former mechanic retired after 20 years, I spent months trying to find someone experienced. As an older disabled Gal, I'm the prime target for con men, so I asked in FB groups for women, who could be trusted in Burbank? Olive Auto Center came up over and over. Everyone was respectful, kind, and detail oriented - literally letting me see the severely cracked, leaking radiator for myself. Drives like a dream now! Explained everything clearly. This family run business is trustworthy with very fair pricing. 5 out of 5 stars!!!!

It was horrible, I live in my van and they knew it. I can't afford much, I live on Social Security and they told me it would be $300 diagnostic charge but that would be going toward fixing my vehicle. They didn't fix my vehicle they just charged me $300. I took it back to my original Mechanic and they were disgusted because they charged me that much money knowing I am a homeless person living in my van. My mechanic thought that was outrageous of a price. Now I have to somehow get that money back so I can fix my van. Olive Auto said that it's going to be $15,000 to get a engine. They also said they couldn't get the parts. My mechanic says it's 4,000 to get a new engine and they can get the parts. Now that's quite a bit of difference. They was not right they overcharged me. They shouldn't have charged me that $300 if they didn't do any work. That's hard on me to come up with that money and I can't get it back. All Olive Auto could come up with is to junk my van and don't get attached to it. I'm a 67 years old who just beat breast cancer,and after I left that place I just felt so betrayed and all I could do is cry.

Hi Nancy. I appreciate you letting us know how you feel. I am sorry you feel disappointed but as a business owner with integrity I had to tell you this car is not feasible to fix. It is a 26 year old mini van with 243 thousand miles in need of engine replacement, catalytic converter replacement, transmission overhaul, steering issues, etc. As I explained to you yesterday a lot of parts are getting discontinued. The money you're going to put in this car, you're better off getting a much younger car for a less money you're going to put into your van. Also diagnostic was necessary to pin point the multiple issues you were having otherwise where do we go without one? Hope this clears things up.

My auto stop when idling feature wasn't coming on in my 2020 CRV. Took it here and they knew with almost certainty that I needed a new battery. The replaced it and the problem was solved. 1. They did it while I waited on the same day I called. 2. They didn't run a bunch of diagnostics first which might have increased the cost. 3. They didn't find a bunch of other problems--no Johnson Rod lubrication recommendations like a dealership. 4. The cost of the battery was the same as I would have paid for it retail. Couldn't have been better.
