Had my daughter's car serviced for maintenance at Olive Auto Center for the first time. Bobby who took my car in seems to be a friendly person. He checked the car and gave me a proposal. Apparently the labor prices are almost the same as typical dealership prices. So I was not sure why I should leave the car here vs taking it to a dealership. However, since my daughter was on Spring break and I didn't have much time I left the car. According to Bobby all replacement parts were original. I have to believe him since I have no other way to check it except taking it to a dealership. In any case, the job looked done professionally. And thank you Bobby for the thank you note you left on the dashboard. That was nice. On the downside, there is no carwash and even paying top $ for the maintenance, the car is returned not washed. I also asked to rotate the tires, but looks like it wasn't done. By the way, Bobby sent a picture of one tire which is damaged (which I knew about) and was proposing to change all 4 tires (about $1300 cost). I said I am not ready for that yet. I mean the dealerships are the same, pushing to do more work that you may not need yet. So if you don't mind to pay high labor cost and you don't want to take your car to a dealership, Olive Auto Center is your place.
