Bobby is phenomenal in his professionalism and in the way he makes sure the customer is fully aware of what is wrong with your vehicle and various options of how to fix it. The shop is very efficient and offers warranties on their parts and repairs. Diagnosing issues costs money ($60 or so), but if you do the repair work with them, they waive that fee. My only complaint is that they do not allow you to bring in your own parts and the price for parts they purchase are not cheap - but then that is a common issue with many shops. I feel confident the parts that Bobby recommends are high quality and in theory should last longer than lower priced ones. Overall, working with this shop has been a positive experience! I fully recommend them!
