Been bringing my car here for well over a year now. And I just realized I neglected to review my experience with them on Yelp. Me bad!Before I found Olive Auto Center I had been going to another mechanic for many years with good results. When this other place lost it's lead mechanic, it left the owner to be the only one working on cars and that is when I realized it was the guy who quit that was the great mechanic. Many trips there and a great deal of wasted money the problem with my car staling and A/C problems was never fixed. Frustrated I knew it was time to move on.A friend suggested Olive Auto Center after seeing the Yelp reviews. Long story short, my car was in need of work, sadly more money was to be spent but I was thrilled when Olive Auto found the problem promptly. My Kia, for the first time in a long time was running great and I feel confident with their help it will continue to.I am very impressed with how professional they are at Olive Auto Center..The price for work is not cheap but reasonable. I have nothing but positives for this place, customer service and workmanship I believe is second to none.Bobby and Ali are great, always friendly yet very professional, I love that they offer their own free shuttle for customers in Burbank! Also when you pick up your car they leave a nice thank you note inside car, that always makes me smile. Yesterday as I was leaving Ali ran up to my car and handed me a free car wash, it's those little touches that make a big difference! I truly believe customer service goes a long way and I have been impressed from beginning to end.I highly recommend this shop and will continue to refer my friends to them. Also Kudos to their mechanic Joseph. Great job on my Kia.
