It's so nice to find genuinely nice people running a small shop. I had my battery changed today, and even though it is a more rare model, they had it in a jiffy and I was in and out in a flash. I was especially Ipressed at the thank you note and chocolate they ledt for me on my dash!

After a recommendation from a trusted friend, I took my 2008 Prius to the team at Olive Auto Center. I was having issues with my AC/heater/defrost blower motor, but Bobby took care of everything... I mean everything. Bobby welcomed my toddler son and I as soon as we arrived, got us going quickly (even walked us over to Enterprise), communicated timeframe/work to be done/cost via text, got the blower motor replaced with factory parts in the same day, and offered me a price (and a discount for first-timers) that I could comfortably accept. Quality of work seems solid and the service was fantastic.

After 4 years of searching for a great mechanic in LA, I finally found them at Olive Auto! I had some things that needed replacing in my car, and had it in and out in 6 hours! The customer service is amazing, and they are honest and won't try to sell you on things your car doesn't need. They are friendly and really care about their customers, as opposed to almost every other car shop I've been to. To top it off, they have a complimentary shuttle car for locals, so instead of ubering home, I was given a ride. I would recommend Olive Auto to anyone and everyone!
